Parsley punch green juice recipe
This super green juice, from Liz’s book Juice, is full of green goodness, rich in essential nutrients and the perfect way to pack in your daily intake of vitamins and minerals in a glass. Not to mention, it tastes absolutely delicious.
Parsley is related to celery and is often overlooked as merely a garnish. It is a wonderful herb, rich in vitamins C, K and A, as well as folic acid, iron, copper and potassium; the rich flavonoids it contains also function as antioxidants. Juicing parsley with sweet apple, carrot and celery gives a clean, green, fresh-tasting juice. Stir in your favourite green powder for an extra hit of chlorophyll.
