Spring into action with our zingy green juice
Brimming with vital enzymes for extra energy, freshly squeezed juice is the perfect way to help you kick start a healthy eating regime. This green juice recipe makes a cleansing and clean-tasting juice.
- 2 handfuls of greens (spring greens, spinach, etc)
- 1 handful of parsley
- Squeeze of lemon
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 green apple
- 1cm cube of ginger
Juice all the ingredients together, making sure to pack in the knob of ginger and green leaves between the apple chunks to help push them through the juicer and maximise juice extraction.
