Rosewater, strawberry & mint ice cubes

Ingredients

  • 50g strawberries
  • 250ml water
  • 2tsp fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp rosewater
  • Edible rose petals

Method

In a food processor, blend 50g strawberries until liquid. Add 250ml cold water and 1/2 tbsp of rosewater. Fill an ice tray with the liquid and sprinkle with rose petals and mint.
