Green kefir shake recipe

This green kefir shake recipe is a great way to start the day. It’s full of ingredients to help power your body, from your muscles to your microbiome!   • 100ml kefir
  • 300ml whole organic milk (or substitute)
  • 1 heaped tsp chlorella powder
  • ½ scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • Grind of black pepper


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
