Coconut water, viola & lime ice cubes

These delicate purple flowers add a stunning pop of colour to any summer spritzer. It’s time to upgrade your ice cubes! 



  • 250ml coconut water
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Edible viola flowers


Grate the zest of one lime into 250ml coconut water and stir. Fill the cells of an ice-cube tray half full and place a viola on top of each cell, then place in the freezer for 3-5 hours or until frozen. When the bottom layer has frozen, top the ice trays up with the remaining coconut water and return to the freezer to set.
