Ingredients
- 100g blackberries
- 1 apple, cored and roughly chopped
- 150ml almond milk
- 100ml kefir
- Honey, to taste (optional)
Method
Put the blackberries, apple, almond milk and kefir into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add honey to taste, if using.
