Ingredients
- 200g granulated sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 Earl Grey teabag
- 1 shot good quality gin
- 1 shot cloudy apple juice
- Ice
- Apple slice, to serve
Method
- Make up a small batch of simple syrup in a small pan by mixing together 200ml water and the sugar and heating on a medium heat.
- Add in the cinammon stick and the Earl Grey teabag and stir continuously until the water and sugar turn to syrup (around 10 minutes).
- Take off the heat and let it cool down. Add the gin, cloudy apple juice and ice to a cocktail shaker, along with 2-4 tsp (depending how sweet you like it) of the Earl Grey simple syrup.
