How to make a hydrating DIY hair mask
A nourishing and hydrating hair mask applied once a week can work wonders for the health and appearance of hair. This is especially true in the winter months.
Our nourishing mask here is full of hair-healthy avocado, olive and coconut oils, as well as hydrating honey. To get the most out of your mask, after applying, cover your hair with a recycled plastic bag or washable shower cap to seal in more of the moisture. Wash as normal with shampoo and conditioner.

Avocado and its beauty benefits
Avocado – as well as being delicious – has a number of beauty benefits. Along with helping to nourish hair, avocado can moisturise skin too thanks to its high vitamin E content. When applied topically in the form of avocado oil, it can penetrate the uppermost layers of the skin’s surface. It carries its vital vitamins and essential fatty acids within the epidermis to help delay skin degeneration and slow the signs of ageing.
