We love to use this healing foot cream as an indulgent nightly ritual before bed. Put on some socks after applying to help seal in the moisture for long-lasting nourished skin.
How to make a healing foot cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 40g shea or cocoa butter
- 40g coconut oil
- 10 drops peppermint essential oil
- 15 drops lavender essential oil
- Beat the ingredients together until they’re well incorporated.
- Apply your foot cream liberally, paying special attention to the heels and balls of the feet, and massage into the skin.
