How to make a tinted lip balm at home
Rosy cheeks and soft lips are a winter makeup essential, so why not try creating an all-natural tint at home to achieve that soft glow? Our easy beauty DIY for tinted lip balm is ideal for making at home.
As windy weather and drying central heating draw moisture from our skin, dry lips are often the first place to show signs of suffering in the colder months. A lip balm – particularly made from plant oils – can help to keep lips soft and happy all through the chillier months.
You can also experiment with cranberry and cherry powders for different colours in your tinted lip balm. If you put the tints in pretty tins, they make the perfect plastic-free gift for young and old alike. Store in a cool place, or the fridge, to keep fresher for longer.
