Lemon and ginger zinger ice lollies
Feeling dehydrated? These fruity ice lollies are the perfect low-calorie, high taste refreshment for a hot summer’s day, filled with fresh, zingy fruit juice.
Ingredients
- 4 fresh lemons
- 1 small orange
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2cm piece of fresh ginger, grated
- 200ml water
- 6 lolly moulds
Method
Mix the ingredients together until the honey is incorporated. Pour into lolly moulds and freeze overnight.
