From vanilla and strawberry, to mango and passionfruit, there’s a flavour to suit all tastes.
Enjoy a glass on its own as a mid-morning snack, poured over cereal or whizzed up in a smoothie – here is our pick of the best kefir brands.

The Collective Dairy
For something with a bit of a twist, we love The Collective Dairy’s Mango ‘n’ Turmeric milk drink. This smooth and creamy drink packs 13 different strains of live bacteria into each bottle. Plus, with the added turmeric, it’s got a bit of a kick to it. Turmeric is well-known for its raft of wellbeing benefits. Places with high daily turmeric intakes, such as India, boast lower rates of particular diseases, including certain cancers.
Available in a variety of supermarkets, including Waitrose and Sainsbury’s, The Collective Dairy range also features a natural flavour, as well as Coconut ‘n’ Honey, Passionfruit ‘n’ Ginseng and Berries ‘n’ Hibiscus.
These tempting flavours can be an easy introduction into drinking kefir if you’re not quite sure about the original drink’s tangy taste. You can get your daily dose of gut bugs in a tasty and ready-to-go drink.
