Returns Policy for Liz Earle Wellbeing

We hope you love the products that you’ve purchased from Liz Earle Wellbeing as much as we do, but if for any reason you’re unhappy, please contact us at hq@lizearlewellbeing.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will happily arrange a refund or exchange providing the goods are returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for any books that have been signed or personalised by Liz. We strongly recommend that all goods are retuned to us via recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsility for parcels lost in transit. We regret that we are unable to refund postage costs. A returns address will be provided to any customers who need it via email.

Customers have the statutory right to cancel their orders, but no later than 14 working days after receiving the product. Customers are also legally entitled to cancel an order at any time prior to the order being processed – we aim to process orders within 1-2 days. You also have the statutory right to withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than 7 working days after it has been received.
