Rosewater, strawberry & mint ice cubes
Ingredients
- 50g strawberries
- 250ml water
- 2tsp fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp rosewater
- Edible rose petals
Method
- In a food processor, blend 50g strawberries until liquid. Add 250ml cold water and 1/2 tbsp of rosewater. Fill an ice tray with the liquid and sprinkle with rose petals and mint.
