About Ellenborough Park

When it comes to luxurious retreats, Ellenborough Park has it all. Nestled in the rolling hills of the Cotswolds and dripping with rustic charm, it’s a country estate that blends the tranquility of nature with luxurious comfort. Boasting a fully equipped spa, a multi-concept dining offering, and bedrooms packed with character, this 15th century property leaves nothing to be desired.
Step back in time and immerse yourself in another world. Though it has been welcoming guests since 1973, the manor house at Ellenborough Park has been standing for half a millennium. It should come as no surprise then, that the entire site is flush with treasured features and full to the brim with cultural heritage.
Lovingly restored and extensively refurbished in 2023, guests can now enjoy over 60 elegant rooms and suites, all set within 90 acres of private estate and gardens. The site also has access to some of the best walks in the Cotswolds, making it a favourite for outdoor enthusiasts and citydwellers seeking the healing properties of nature.
More than just a countryside retreat, Ellenborough Park prides itself in being a sanctuary designed to help guests recharge and reconnect with themselves. In recent years it has continued to invest more and more into its extensive wellness offering, with a special focus on rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
The spa at Ellenborough Park

The spa is set in a listed building and is home to a gym, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and even a relaxation karma room. During your stay, take a few hours to indulge in the indoor facilities, and finish your visit off with a short walk in the grounds to the 16m outdoor heated pool.
Also included in the prize is a blissful, 50-minute spa treatment that will leave you and your guest feeling pampered. Explore and select from the extensive treatment menu, which features a myriad of holistic practices, all purposefully designed to bring the body and mind back into perfect balance. Whether you opt for a tension-melting massage or a rejuvenating face and body ritual, take your time to fully switch off, and sink into some much-needed self-care.
Dining at Ellenborough Park

Round the evening off with an indulgent three-course dinner, paired with a bottle of wine. Gaze at the opulent dining room, brimming with 15th-century charm, and get ready for a menu filled with seasonal produce, fresher-than-fresh ingredients, and flavours that linger long on the mind. You’ll also get the opportunity to experience the culinary delights of the Ellenborough Park kitchens again the following morning with a hearty breakfast — the perfect end to a nourishing stay.
