World Menopause Day is a big event in the Liz Earle Wellbeing calendar. Falling on the 18th October, this day raises awareness of menopause and shines a light on the support available for managing symptoms.

This year, we want to make it even bigger and better than ever. We’re launching our #MyMenopause month where each day we share tried-and-trusted menopause advice to help support you through ‘the change’. From lesser-known symptoms and getting a HRT prescription, to strength-building exercises and soothing anxious feelings, we share Liz’s wellbeing wisdom for helping you to take charge of your menopausal symptoms once and for all.
