Cheesy broccoli pasta bake

A good pasta bake is nothing short of a hug in a bowl. We’ve packed ours with nutrient-rich broccoli and sundried tomatoes and topped it with a herby crust for a greater variety of textures and flavours.

Homemade tagliatelle with pistachio pesto

A homemade pesto is far healthier and more satisfying than a shop-bought alternative. For a simple twist, add pistachios instead of pine nuts for a vivid green sauce.

Gluten-free buckwheat and butternut squash gnocchi

Made with buckwheat flour, these little Italian dumplings are a wonderful homemade gluten free option. While conventional potato dumplings can be heavy and rich, the butternut squash is a much lighter addition.

Courgetti with red pepper and smoked paprika pesto

Courgetti couldn’t be simpler to make as a low-carb alternative to pasta. If you don’t have a spiralizer, use the julienne setting of a mandoline or even a vegetable peeler.  Simply sauté the courgette noodles for 2-3 minutes in a little olive oil to cook them before serving with the pesto.

Watercress is a real powerhouse of an ingredient, with, gram for gram, more calcium than milk, more iron than spinach and more vitamin C than an orange. This spaghetti dish is so simple to make yet totally full of flavour.

Whatever the weather outside, this zesty linguine – packed with Italian flavours – will always evoke the warmth and brightness of summer. For a vegetarian option, simply opt for a vegetarian hard cheese in place of Parmesan.
