Easy ‘cheezy’ trail mix recipe
Trail mix is an easy, nutritious snack to grab when the munchies hit!
This delicious trail mix recipe is totally vegan and uses just a few simple ingredients that you’re more than likely to have in the cupboard already.
Despite being vegan, this healthy trail mix recipe has a tasty cheesy flavour thanks to the addition of nutritional yeast.

- 300g mixed nuts
- 1 tbsp oil of choice (olive or rapeseed work well)
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- Sea salt and black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 180°c/350°F/gas mark 4. Add the nuts to a bowl and add in the oil, nutritional yeast, herbs, salt and pepper. Mix together well so all the nuts are coated.
- Place on a roasting tray with the seasoning and pop in the oven for around five minutes until golden and toasted. Keep in an airtight container as a snack.
