Blackberry, apple, almond and kefir smoothie recipe
- 100g blackberries
- 1 apple, cored and roughly chopped
- 150ml almond milk
- 100ml kefir
- Honey, to taste (optional)
This kefir smoothie recipe is the perfect way to put autumn’s blackberries to good use. The fruit and nuts are bursting with skin-friendly nutrients, while kefir provides gut-friendly probiotics. It’s a wellbeing hit in one glass!
Put the blackberries, apple, almond milk and kefir into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add honey to taste, if using.
