How to make bath salts at home

Our beauty DIY here couldn’t be simpler. All you need are two ingredients and you’ll soon be on your way to bathtime bliss.
These salts are particularly good to use last thing at night as they can support you on your way to a good night’s sleep. Plus, if restless legs are the source of insomnia, there’s some evidence that a hot bath laced with magnesium salts can help.
We’ve included a few drops of jasmine essential oil to our magnesium mixture for its floral fragrance and anti-spasmodic benefits.
